   * We guarantee that along with our preparations you will receive an accurate description of each and instructions for use (if you wish).

   * We guarantee our support throughout the entire period of use  our drugs.  

   * We guarantee the return of drugs that do not suit you according to the following  reasons.

  - the drug was damaged

  - the shelf life of the drug is less than a year

  - the drug caused an allergy 

  - the wrong drug was sent, which was indicated in the order

In this case, you should send a photo accompanying the document  and a description of the reason - to the email from which you received the order confirmation.

In this case, you will be refunded the amount paid for the drug, excluding shipping costs. 

  Product must be returned  in its original condition, in its original packaging, with the documents accompanying the package. Considering that delivery may take more than 21 days, you inform us about the possible return of the drug and report the tracking of the package with the returned drug. 

  * We are not responsible  for the actions of mail, courier services and transport companies, we cannot influence the speed of delivery. The order is processed within three days after the full payment of the order (not counting Friday and Saturday - days off in Israel) and is immediately sent to the addressee, which is immediately reported to him - the parcel number and the website address where you can track the movement of the parcel.
